The Godrej Parkshire project is currently in the new launch phase. Construction is scheduled to begin on March 1, 2026, following the official launch on January 15, 2026. The primary focus of the initial site development will be to set up the entrance, boundary walls, internal roads, and basic infrastructure within the 13.5-acre campus.
